class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<ul>\n<li>Con este proyecto se propone la optimizaci\u00f3n de la estructura\u00a0<strong>Diffused Matrix Format<\/strong>\u00a0(DMF), dise\u00f1ada por el grupo de investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>GRNPS<\/strong>\u00a0para el almacenamiento de im\u00e1genes adquiridas por sensores a bordo de aviones y sat\u00e9lites.<\/li>\n<li>Debido al gran tama\u00f1o de la informaci\u00f3n recogida por dichos sensores, dicha optimizaci\u00f3n se centrar\u00e1 en la indexaci\u00f3n de la estructura mediante un \u00e1rbol tipo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/\/en\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quadtree\/\">Quad-Tree<\/a>, el cual permitir\u00e1 dividir la imagen en diferentes regiones (nodos DMF) acorde al n\u00famero de mediciones adquiridas<\/li>\n<li>Esta modificaci\u00f3n de la estructura la convierte en potencial para el procesamiento paralelo heterog\u00e9neo, en donde los nodos con mayor n\u00famero de mediciones pueden ser procesados por las m\u00e1quinas m\u00e1s potentes, y viceversa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-proy-metodologia field-type-text-long field-label-above\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field-label\"><strong>Metodolog\u00eda:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p>La estructura DMF se basa principalmente en la construcci\u00f3n de una matriz cuyas celdas son listas de unidades b\u00e1sicas de medici\u00f3n (DMR).<\/p>\n<p>La idea es indexar dicha matriz, de tal manera que la nueva estructura consistir\u00e1 en un \u00e1rbol de tipo\u00a0<strong>Quad-Tree<\/strong>\u00a0cuyas hojas estar\u00e1n constituidas por una determinada regi\u00f3n de la imagen en formato DMF, seg\u00fan el n\u00famero de mediciones.<\/p>\n<p>Se pretende realizar algoritmos de procesamiento b\u00e1sicos de im\u00e1genes multiespectrales sobre la nueva estructura, de tal manera, que las unidades de procesamiento m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas pueden hacerse cargo de las hojas con m\u00e1s mediciones, y las m\u00e1s lentas, de las hojas con menos mediciones.<\/p>\n<p>Es interesante realizar un estudio sobre el balance \u00f3ptimo que permita minimizar el tiempo de ejecuci\u00f3n teniendo en cuentas diversos par\u00e1metros, siendo los m\u00e1s importantes el n\u00famero de nodos del \u00e1rbol, el tama\u00f1o de celda de las matrices DMF, y el tiempo empleado en las comunicaciones entre las diversas unidades de procesamiento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-proy-objetivos-alcanzados field-type-text-long field-label-above\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field-label\"><strong>Objetivos alcanzados:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<ul>\n<li>Se han conseguido aislar las fluctuaciones de rendimiento que aparecen en los c\u00f3digos multihilo en sistemas heterog\u00e9neos por medio del binding de procesos a n\u00facleos\/procesadores.<\/li>\n<li>Mejora de la planificaci\u00f3n por medio de reutilizaci\u00f3n de huella de memoria cach\u00e9 y el conocimiento expl\u00edcito.<\/li>\n<li>Parte de los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n se est\u00e1 incluyendo en la tesis doctoral de D.
