Departamento\u00a0<em>Systems Circuits Group<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-proy-objetivos field-type-text-long field-label-above\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field-label\"><strong>Objectives:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<ul>\n<li>Detecci\u00f3n computacional de regiones gen\u00f3micas con patrones complejos en su cromatina asociada.<\/li>\n<li>An\u00e1lisis de su conservaci\u00f3n (secuencia y vecindad) intra- e inter-especies.<\/li>\n<li>An\u00e1lisis biol\u00f3gico de su funci\u00f3n usando modelos transg\u00e9nicos in vivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-proy-metodologia field-type-text-long field-label-above\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"field-label\"><strong>Metodolog\u00eda:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p>Los datos gen\u00f3micos se descargar\u00e1n de navegadores gen\u00f3micos de uso libre como UCSC Genome Browser y Ensembl, en texto plano.<\/p>\n<p>Estos datos se parsear\u00e1n usando un lenguaje de scripts como Perl, y se analizar\u00e1n globalmente usando un programa estad\u00edstico como R o MatLab.
