La desafiante problem\u00e1tica en la que est\u00e1 envuelta nuestro planeta, de cara al cambio clim\u00e1tico, ha supuesto que un ingente n\u00famero de organizaciones e instituciones se hayan volcado con gran inter\u00e9s en su gesti\u00f3n. Las energ\u00edas renovables protagonizan un papel clave para afrontar e impulsar una recuperaci\u00f3n hacia un futuro sostenible. En los \u00faltimo a\u00f1os, el imparable crecimiento de la tecnolog\u00eda sumado al polivalente paradigma de \u2018deep learning\u2019 ha permitido potenciar y promover, en grandes dimensiones, una creciente investigaci\u00f3n dentro del campo de las energ\u00edas renovables. El objetivo principal se ha centrado en un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo de las series temporales propias de los componentes de las turbinas e\u00f3licas con el fin de pronosticar su comportamiento a lo largo del tiempo. Por ende, este hecho permite la identificaci\u00f3n, definici\u00f3n y precisi\u00f3n de los posibles fallos, aver\u00edas o paradas que puedan ser ocasionados en su operatividad con vistas a avivar un entorno sostenible e impedir p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas. Para lograr el prop\u00f3sito final, se explicar\u00e1 la naturaleza de las variables a estudiar para establecer una evaluaci\u00f3n rigurosa y real. Posteriormente, se especificar\u00e1 el proceso seguido para la construcci\u00f3n de las redes neuronales as\u00ed como los diferentes modelos probados para cada una de las variables determinadas anteriormente.
