La preparaci\u00f3n de estos compuestos es muy complicada, ya que se requieren temperaturas muy elevadas y much\u00edsimas horas de reacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a los c\u00e1lculos realizados mediante el\u00a0<a class=\"views-ajax-processed-processed\" title=\"Supercomputador LUSITANIA\" href=\"\/en\/cenits\/lusitania\/\">supercomputador LUSITANIA<\/a>\u00a0por investigadores de la\u00a0<a class=\"views-ajax-processed-processed\" href=\"http:\/\/www.unex.es\/\">Universidad de Extremadura<\/a>, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la\u00a0<a class=\"views-ajax-processed-processed\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uni-graz.at\/\">Universidad Karl-Franzens<\/a>\u00a0de Graz, se ha conseguido preparar el primer organocatalizador para estas reacciones. \u00c9ste permite preparar los tetrazoles de forma muy r\u00e1pida, lo que permitir\u00eda una producci\u00f3n a gran escala m\u00e1s eficiente y barata que con otros catalizadores descritos hasta ahora.<\/p>\n<p>Este importante hallazgo ha sido publicado en una de las revistas m\u00e1s prestigiosas en la Qu\u00edmica actual:\u00a0<a class=\"views-ajax-processed-processed\" href=\"http:\/\/\/en\/pubs.acs.org\/journal\/jacsat\/\">The Journal of the American Chemical Society<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n de la publicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"views-ajax-processed-processed\" href=\"\/en\/enlaces\/publicaciones\/mechanistic-insights-azide%E2%88%92nitrile-cycloadditions-dialkyltin-oxide%E2%88%92trimethyl\/\">Mechanistic Insights on Azide\u2212Nitrile Cycloadditions: On the Dialkyltin Oxide\u2212Trimethylsilyl Azide Route and a New Vilsmeier\u2212Haack-Type Organocatalyst<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los tetrazoles son compuestos de una gran importancia hoy en d\u00eda, sobre todo en la preparaci\u00f3n de antibi\u00f3ticos y otros f\u00e1rmacos.
