COMPUTAEX, as the entity responsible for the website, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “GDPR”), and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary security measures, both technical and organizational, to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data entered.

Your data will be used solely and exclusively to maintain a relationship with users who use COMPUTAEX resources and access the Data Processing Center (LUSITANIA).

The duration will be as established in the request for resources and approved by COMPUTAEX.

The data of the user, center, or company that has used COMPUTAEX resources will be stored in a file registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency and owned by the COMPUTAEX Foundation.

This file is stored on COMPUTAEX's own servers.

6. Assignment and transfer.

This data provided by users for service requests will not be transferred to any other center or company.

7. Rights of the persons concerned.

You may request to exercise the following rights before COMPUTAEX by sending a letter to the postal address in the header or by sending an email to info@computaex.es and attaching a photocopy of your ID card or any other legally equivalent document, as indicated by law.

8. Rights.
