Procurement Instructions
The purpose of these instructions is to regulate the procedures for awarding contracts not subject to harmonized regulations entered into by COMPUTAEX in such a way as to guarantee the effectiveness of the principles of publicity, competition, transparency, confidentiality, equality, and non-discrimination.
